From Xanax, to Clonidine, to Rivotril and whatever else you’re pumping yourself full just to take the edge off the anxiety panic attacks, you’re given everything ever tried by man – and woman. They do help for the short term, but for the long term, all they do is leave you dizzy, confused and some even addictide to them. Sad, but true.
Is there anything else you can do NATURALLY, without taking pills after pills, that help?
Well here are a few tips I’ve picked up long the way, that helped me particularly. Hope they will be of help to you as well.
Meditation – put on a meditation tape, start breathing in and out slowly, and just listen to the guiding voice. In no time, you will have forgotten about your panic attack!
Other Relaxation techniques, such as listening to calming (reiki style) music, or any music that you find soothing and comforting
Reduce your coffee intake, to stop pumping you full of adrenaline – if you can, stop the coffee completely. If you can’t, just drink one cup in the morning with your breakfast.
During the day drink chamomile tea instead
Have a few natural essential oils around the house, and take a whiff. I had particular success with lavender, frankincense, chamomile and marjoram
We are all different, and for each of us, different things will help.
However there are things that are common to everybody in Treating Anxiety Panic Attacks Naturally.
