Today though we are going to go a little bit deeper into one of those common substances that is all around us and helps contribute to anxiety and panic attacks. We’re talking about caffeine. Face it, caffeine is pretty common in our diets. It’s in coffee, tea, sodas, medicine, and especially candy.

Suffering from Panic? Self Help comes from how you live.
If you suffer from panic attacks or anxiety disorders, help can come from more places than just a medicine bottle. It can come from your family and it can come from yourself. Outside of what you eat, you can help yourself through how you live. Helping yourself goes beyond simply getting plenty of rest and exercise. Many sufferers of panic attacks find relief through learning relaxation techniques. Breathing in deeply, holding the breath for five seconds, and exhaling slowly can help calm a person down when the feelings of anxiety arise.
How does a spouse deal with a panic attack?
While going through Yahoo Answers a few days ago, I ran across a question that asked “How do you deal with a spouse who has depression and panic attacks?” This is actually a pretty good question. After all, it isn’t just the panic suffer who could use some self help. The spouses and family is directly affected by what the panic sufferer goes through.
